I´m writing
to complain about my problem because the hotel is very different from the advertisement.
You offered
a quiet and relaxing but the room is very noisy because the front is an express
via and all the days pass many cars making noise. Also you offered a private beach but in the room
left a notice saying: "Sorry, the beach is closed today". You offered
that all rooms would newly and redecorated but it was totally messed up and some
things were old. Finally you offered a fabulous ocean views but I see a lot of cars
since my window.
After of
all would ask fulfill their promises and stop cheating some people with a advertisement so.
