Dear Sirs:

I'm writing in reference that you offered me a quiet and relaxing t surroundings in you hotel, but this offering not is fulfilling.

 

I need a change of room in your hotel, because the person who is next to my room, makes noise every Friday and Saturday in the night; so i can´t sleep well and also i    can´t relax for this problem that me disturbs.

If you don´t accept my petition, I´m going to retire this hotel and i won´t pay for the week that i stayed.|

 

For all this reason I need relax, I be quiet in my room and that for that I´m paying.
