think this article is about the people suffering hunger by either work, study or maybe a psychological problem but I think there is way to change this.  

WORLD: Hunger is a serious problem because many people do not like to be fed either by the economy, there are many people who do not win as it should be or is the work or school and for this reason there are many diseases because people are low defenses and this produces poor diet.  

BRITAIN AND THE UNITED STATE: 24% of the people of this city were surveyed including professionals think that participate in unethical conduct can be successful, and 16% think that if commit a crime would get what they want.

ARGENTINA:  teachers in this country take a full free either by stress or maybe because some teachers are mistreated and is 3 out of 5 teachers. 

SOUTH KOREA: people living alone in this city think make this something common or something usual.

CHINA: said the third of the country's cities of China does not meet the new standards gubernamentles and that new versions of air quality would not work in 2016, and water quality was obtained in the underground there is very bad .
