Steps during the years, people have ignored the destructive power of nature and even worse the damage caused to come and that is why we must be prepared to face these disasters, in this case of landslides. There are several important rules that we should follow during a severe landsline to prevent and not have lost human lives.
The most important thing is to always be prevented. We can help with the constant change of climate which may have in a given area, landslides occur mostly in the mountains of any area can be anywhere in the world especially here in South America by various geographic faults we have especially the Cordillera of the Andes .
Is important that, we must know in what period of the years rain are more stronger. Always check the clouds because clouds can be the most important signal to prevent a disaster.
and watching the clouds we know if it will rain.
if in the case that we present a sliding thing to do is leave our homes or the place where we are and find a safe haven is also recommended high places as places where oxygen. the most important thing is to be sure
Second, If you live in high places or places that are more prone to these natural disasters we have to be ever vigilant of the weather as we are in remote places without any help possible, then we must help ourselves, giving us all the help we can that our power as giving food, clothing, medicine,etc.
you have to take in consideration that landsline could happen any moment, sudenly.

Flood occur general in the places wich are near to a river or rains a lot for a long time . If you don't want to stay in a flood you should use this advices .

First, try to ilve in a high place 

If you live near a lage or a river you should put some bags of sand in the door of the house .

Second , fix all the holes 

If your house have holes in he roof of the wall you should fix that.

Third , if you are in a flood , because the rain  you should relax , and in a fast way trie to take away all the water .

Thirt, be careful outdoors bacause when a flood occurs all the wastepipe collaps and it is very dangerous or if you are in your car, you should  check very well the road because sometimes the water closes the roads and you have to check the signals to prevent accidents.

cause a lot of monetary loss and people life, for that reason is important

Fist you have to be calm and if you have young brothers you should take care about them. In the evacuation you and your parents shoud be toguether, Don't separate!!

Second if you have an electry door you have to open it with your keys. In the evacuation don't use your cellphone or metal objects.

Third, be careful indoors during a flood , about the electricity, you have to turn off all your electronical apliances, if you don't do that it can cause terrible fires, if you live in a house with a lot of floors you shoud go to the higher place.

If you follow these rules, you can stay safe in any flood.

A landslide occurs all over world. it's very dangerous specialy when you're traveling

and the majority of the houses that are in a pending  are more risky, this happens when 

rain too much therefore the earth become soft .Here are some advices that you can do.

First you should be aware of the wheather  if you see some big and dark clouds when

 you are traveling or in your house it more possible that occur a landslide and you should be careful .

Second If outside is raining very strong is more posiblle that going to occur a landslide

Third if ocurred a landslide the things that you going to do will depend of where are you

 if you are with your car you need to return to your house or maybe you need to wait for help 

and if you are in your house you should search high places or maybe a roof 

and turn off the principal power feeder

A fire occurs all over the world, and they can be dangerous for our live.

These are very important rules that you should do during the situations of fire.

 First, if the fire is small, try to put, if possible with a fire extinguisher.  If the fire is electrical origin not attempt to extinguish with water.

Second; if the fire tends to spread, call the fire man or rescue brigades and follow their instructions.

Third; cut the supply of electricity and gas. Do not open doors or windows, because with air fire spreads.

Fourth; if the fire affects the building and smoke density allowed out, breathe through a wet garment and go to the street quickly but without running.

Fifth; once outside the building, move away as much as possible so as not to obstruct the work of rescue crews.

In conclution if you follow these rules, you not put your life in hazards.

Sunbeams, especially ultraviolet rays are causing a lot of problems in the skin of the people in all the world and Huancayo is not the exception.
If you go out during the day you need to consider some important rules to care your skin and care your health too.

First, be aware of the weather. Always check the weather before going to anyplace .If you see and feel that the climate is hot, you need take some cautions.

Second, if you are going to go to an  open space you need know and apply this recomendations:

-Apply a sunscreen , fifteen minutes before that you expose your skin to the sun, the sunscreen is  very important because this protects your skin of the ultraviolet rays.
-Use a cap.
-Do not expose your skin for a long time.

Third, be careful about the hours when you go out to an open space.

If you follow these recomendations and rules, you can care your skin and do not suffer skin cancer.

In you add you offer fabulous acean views but when i saw to the window i only saw a lot of cars an the road and i never found the ocean, well first when i arrived to the hotel i found a dissaster room because the walls are dirty and it doesn't have any kind of decors also, when i could like to relax and sleep i couldn't bacause the place is very noisy and in you add you said that is in a relaxing area but that's not true an another thing i decide to gone to the beach i read a paper in the table that today the beach is closed, in reality i feel very bad with your service.

The reason that I am writing this letter is because I the solution of the problem that I have.

I arrived two days ago at the Resort, for which I paid $ 1059 in a promotion, in that promotion offered me a new room decoration with fabulous ocean views, quiet, relaxing surroundings and also a private beach, but when I arrived I found a different scenario, the room was dirty, the TV doesn't works, the room is in from of the street; that's not quiet or relaxing and when I wanted to go at the beach I view a piece of paper with the message "the beach is closed". I do not know what happened, I thought that the resort was a responsible company; I do not feel well with the service, since the receptionist cannot change my room because He said me that all the rooms are full.

For this reason, I ask for my money back because I lost my days of vacations and did not enjoy my stay in the resort. The company did not give me the service, for which I have paid.

The other service that you offered was a redecorated room, and my room is really disastrous , also I do not have a good signal on TV. One other point is about a quiet and relaxing enviroment, there is not nothing of that, there is much traffic. Finally you offered the oportunity of enjoy your private beach and I found a note in my room that said: "Sorry, the beach is closed today".

For all those reasons  I want my money back, because I do not like the supposed amazing service .

You offered a quiet and relaxing but the room is very noisy because the front is an express via and all the days pass many cars making noise. Also you offered a private beach but in the room left a notice saying: "Sorry, the beach is closed today". You offered that all rooms would newly and redecorated but it was totally messed up and some things were old. Finally you offered a fabulous ocean views but I see a lot of cars since my window.

After of all would ask fulfill their promises and stop cheating some people with a advertisement so.

17 Again is a 2009 American comedy film directed by Bur Steers. It is the story of 37-year-old Mike (Mattew Perry) who becomes a 17-year-old high school student after a chance accident. The film was released in the United States on April 17, 2009.

In 1989, teenager Mike O'Donnell is the star of Hayden High School's basketball team. On the day of the final game, Mike will be observed and may win a scholarship to college. However, his girlfriend Scarlet tells him that she is pregnant and Mike does not play the game. Twenty years later, Mike is a complete loser who blames Scarlet for his failures. He is not promoted to sales manager after working sixteen years at the same company; Scarlet is divorcing him; his teen-aged son Alex and daughter Maggie hate him; and he is temporarily living with his best friend, the eccentric and immature millionaire Ned Gold. Mike nostalgically visits Hayden where an old janitor talks to him about second chances in life. During the night, he sees the janitor jumping from a bridge into the river and he unsuccessfully tries to help the man. He then discovers that he is seventeen again. Further, he discovers that he has a second chance to fix his relationship with his family.

It's filled with famous actors, nice romantic scenes and many cases of discuss for youngers. The acting (particulaly Zac Efron) is very  interesting. the big problem is that there are a lot of sexual discussion and innuendo, thematic material, and scenes with teens drinking, making out, and mercilessly bullying each other. I gave this 2009 movie three out of five stars. This a good option for a night for young friends.
