TITLE OF THE ARTICLE: EAT MORE TO LOSE WEIGHT? WORKED FOR ME
SOURCE:

Well in my opinion the most surprising and outstanding theme from this reading is that if some person is trying to lose wieght perhaps being on a very strict could not be a good idea neither so appropriate, Why? Because the person whos discribes his experience said that at first he was on diet so he was trying to eat less and he cut back on his calories intake but that bad nutrition was hindering his weight loss, so instead to eat less the person who wants to lose weight should eat nutritional food and do exercises at the gym. Actually I didn't know that I also thought that if you want to lose weight you should eat less but know I know that that mehot is totally worng.
