SUMMARY:
The article is about job seekers are always alert to any work they may have, that is where managers or heads of the various companies have a big problem because each interview is presented with many resumes which they must evaluate to elect the right person occupying the position.
Managers says that when the resumes are equal in experiences, they evaluated job seekers have volunteer experience, for that appeared different places where you can offer to volunteer and gain experience for future work, and some persons say volunteer work gives more experience than paid work.
