Dear Sir or Madam:
The reason that I am writing this letter is because I the solution of the problem that I have.
I arrived two days ago at the Resort, for which I paid $ 1059 in a promotion, in that promotion offered me a new room decoration with fabulous ocean views, quiet, relaxing surroundings and also a private beach, but when I arrived I found a different scenario, the room was dirty, the TV doesn't works, the room is in from of the street; that's not quiet or relaxing and when I wanted to go at the beach I view a piece of paper with the message "the beach is closed". I do not know what happened, I thought that the resort was a responsible company; I do not feel well with the service, since the receptionist cannot change my room because He said me that all the rooms are full.
For this reason, I ask for my money back because I lost my days of vacations and did not enjoy my stay in the resort. The company did not give me the service, for which I have paid.
