Dear Randall Mclean : 

I'm writing this letter to explain my problem about the hotel in Southville because is different that the ad .

In the ad you offered a good ocean views , relaxing surrounding , rooms redecorated and a private beach . But everything is different because I can't see the ocean , the place is noicy , the room is messy and they put an ad that say that the beach is close . 

I want you change this because it is a rip off , I feel really bad , I'm not going to come back
