      Nelson Mandela was born in Qunu, South Africa, July 18 in 1918, Mandela's father was Gadla Henry and Nodekeni and also he had three sisters, Nelson was a South African revolutionary, politician and philanthropist who was elected as President of South Africa from 1994 to 1999 whit 62 % of votes, appreciate the sunset was one of his major hobbies during his life also he appreciate the classical music; Handel Tchaikkovsky one of them, his first language was Xhosa, and began his working life at the age of 5 in herding family´s castle then his education was enveloped by mission school, union college of Fort Hare some years after in his youth studied law in Johannesburg.
      Mandela was sentenced to life term for anti-government activities, released after 27 years on February 11 in 1990, he joined to African National Congress (ANC) in 1942, within the ANC his principal goal was ended the unjust system of apartheid in South Africa; in 1960 He was outlawed by ANC; he got three positions in ANC, first He was youth League Secretary in 1947,then was deputy Head of ANC in 1952 and the last one was chosen president of it, He married three times, first with Evelyn Ntoko 1944, not going well, he married then whit Winnie Madikizela in1958 but it was not the last, His last marriage was with Graca Machel 1998. After his retirement Nelson collaborated raising money for children's charities.
      In 1993 he was nominated for Nobel Peace Prize the following year he wrote his autobiography entitled Long Walk to Freedom (1994), His last public appearance was on July 11, 2010 in the final of the football World Cup in South Africa 2010. Passed away on December 5, 2013.
