It´s a poster directed to Huancayo´s young people, this explains about that: All the rapist, corrupt and murdeous be in jail. So I would like to apply this message in Huancayo and maybe in Perú.

I think to is time to change this society because It is dangerous when a murderous walks on the street, neither can walk a rapist near Huancayo´s girl.

I hope thath the people will read this poster and reflect and change our society because the population has more power than the autorities of Huancayo. So the change depends on us.
