The patience in the people gets lost little by little in different situations and ages.

The digital technology like to computers, Smartphone's, cameras, mobile phones, etc; changed our life. Because this technology do things very quickly and is not necessary to wait for anything. The doctor Jennifer Hartstein says we have become an immediate gratification culture, and we expect things to move quickly, efficiently and in the way we want.
We have many impatience for have results immediately that we damage our lives with problems like to eat too quickly or procrastination, result of the bad decisions we generate violence, economic problems and up to loss of friends.
It is important to improve, to be more patient and to worry a bit for our life and health.
