Dear Sir or Madam:

The reason that I am writing this letter is because I the solution of the problem that I have.

I arrived two days ago at the Resort, for which I paid $ 1059 in a promotion, in that promotion offered me a new room decoration with fabulous ocean views, quiet, relaxing surroundings and also a private beach, but when I arrived I found a different scenario, the room was dirty, the TV doesn't works, the room is in from of the street; that's not quiet or relaxing and when I wanted to go at the beach I view a piece of paper with the message "the beach is closed". I do not know what happened, I thought that the resort was a responsible company; I do not feel well with the service, since the receptionist cannot change my room because He said me that all the rooms are full.

For this reason, I ask for my money back because I lost my days of vacations and did not enjoy my stay in the resort. The company did not give me the service, for which I have paid.

Dear sirs:

I am writing in reference to the kind of service that you offer in the Silver seas resort. I looked your add that sounded amazing, so I decided to acces to your service, but now I have some problems that I saw when I arrived to the hotel.

You offered a nice and amazing ocean view, but there is not a good view the only thing that I can look is the street. The other service that you offered was a redecorated room, and my room is really disastrous , also I do not have a good signal on TV. One other point is about a quiet and relaxing enviroment, there is not nothing of that, there is much traffic. Finally you offered the oportunity of enjoy your private beach and I found a note in my room that said: "Sorry, the beach is closed today".

For all those reasons  I want my money back, because I do not like the supposed amazing service .

In the ad you offered a good ocean views , relaxing surrounding , rooms redecorated and a private beach . But everything is different because I can't see the ocean , the place is noicy , the room is messy and they put an ad that say that the beach is close . 

I want you change this because it is a rip off , I feel really bad , I'm not going to come back

I´m writing to complain about my problem because the hotel is very different from the advertisement.

You offered a quiet and relaxing but the room is very noisy because the front is an express via and all the days pass many cars making noise. Also you offered a private beach but in the room left a notice saying: "Sorry, the beach is closed today". You offered that all rooms would newly and redecorated but it was totally messed up and some things were old. Finally you offered a fabulous ocean views but I see a lot of cars since my window.

After of all would ask fulfill their promises and stop cheating some people with a advertisement so.

17 Again is a 2009 American comedy film directed by Bur Steers. It is the story of 37-year-old Mike (Mattew Perry) who becomes a 17-year-old high school student after a chance accident. The film was released in the United States on April 17, 2009.

In 1989, teenager Mike O'Donnell is the star of Hayden High School's basketball team. On the day of the final game, Mike will be observed and may win a scholarship to college. However, his girlfriend Scarlet tells him that she is pregnant and Mike does not play the game. Twenty years later, Mike is a complete loser who blames Scarlet for his failures. He is not promoted to sales manager after working sixteen years at the same company; Scarlet is divorcing him; his teen-aged son Alex and daughter Maggie hate him; and he is temporarily living with his best friend, the eccentric and immature millionaire Ned Gold. Mike nostalgically visits Hayden where an old janitor talks to him about second chances in life. During the night, he sees the janitor jumping from a bridge into the river and he unsuccessfully tries to help the man. He then discovers that he is seventeen again. Further, he discovers that he has a second chance to fix his relationship with his family.

It's filled with famous actors, nice romantic scenes and many cases of discuss for youngers. The acting (particulaly Zac Efron) is very  interesting. the big problem is that there are a lot of sexual discussion and innuendo, thematic material, and scenes with teens drinking, making out, and mercilessly bullying each other. I gave this 2009 movie three out of five stars. This a good option for a night for young friends.
