·         1. Express opinions, doubts, confusions, and convictions that come to your mind as you think about what you have read. Watch and write about how these things change over time. Include title of book, article, magazine, etc. that you are reading.
MAINTAINING A POSITIVE PERSPECTIVE
·         I’ d like to apply all this information in my life because  are true facts of our life.Have you  ever wondered why some people feel down when face difficult situations while others feel  challenged and hopeful? it’s  because some people think positively and are optimistic,or others are pessimisti c.The difference between optimists and pessimists are how people perceive and respond to problems.Pessimists  believe life will  always be difficult  and painful.Optimists ,confront with same situations,expect the best, instead  of  seeing a probem,will see a solution to summarize:most of us need help being optimistic ,and have realistic perspective to face hard times that  can be a real challenge, but it’s essential to living peacefully and  happily.
2.Pick out 5 lexical items (verbs.phrasal  verbs, expressions,fillers.etc)and write down examples of at least 2 different meanings of the lexical item.
