The capital punishment, death penalty or execution is the sentence in wich the criminal is killed as a punishment made by the state. However, there are many people that totally disagree with this punishment in spite of the fact that others feel that it is fair.
Whereas it may be true that violations, murders and other crimes like terrorism should be punished, death is not the correct punishment. Not only because of the religion but also because of the crime that state is committing at the moment of killing the criminal. So, I disagree with execution.
Even though many think that death is the only solution to eliminate crim, I think that life imprisonment could be. Furthermore, people who are in favor think that criminals always realpse into crime, but it could finish with life imprisonment too; besides, if we believes in God, we know that He is the only one who decides when a life finish.
People in favor say that killing criminals, violence will decrease, but I don't think so because when we are killing criminals we are using a form of violence too. Moreover, using death penalty over the years, inocent people have been killed, yet people in favor think that these mistakes are minimal. In my opinion; although the number of mistakes are minimal, they are big in consequences.
There are many reasons yo be in favor of capital punishment, but I will never change my mind becauseI think that killing a person is a sin to God's eyes and not a solution. It could be a posible solution for crime, yet it is not the best.
