HOW TO BECOME FLEXIBLE
One day I saw on a TV program about a team of girls called contorsionist which made many poses with their bodies, also they mentioned that they practiced since they were child, so I felt identified as them because I practice my flexibility everyday, so I decide to share how to become flexible following these steps.

First, keep your joints and muscles lubricated because when you are going to start any exercise of flexibility, you have to do somo exercises to warm up muscles.So never start without a full stretching warm-up and do not do a full stop without cooling down.

Second,do stretches every day and work at it frecuently because your flexibility is not going to be the best if you do not practice everyday. Work at the rate you are comfortable with, and then slowly increase the difficulty (length of time, length of reach or both).

Third, Make sure you have supervision of any traineer; sometimes we unknow how to do an exercise and when we do it, we get hurted by the exercise. Most martial arts schools and gymnastics classes have extensive stretches and exercises to warm up.

Fourth, get a healthy diet because even you practice and still being fatty will not help your flexibility skills. Eat more green leafy vegetables, and drink plenty of water. Increase your protein and calcium for bones.

Finally, start doing some exercise on the back and legs beacuse those zones are the ones that put more resistance to do exercises of felxibility. So you can start trying some splits and backbridges.

In conclusion, part of being healthy is being flexible, too. Furthermore, Yoga is agood opstion to be more flexible, so you can try it and enjoy the flexibility of your body.
