1. - Express opinions, doubts, confusions, and convictions that come to your mind as you think about what you have read. Watch and write about how these things change over time. Include title of book, article, magazine, etc. that you are reading.

·         Well, I read an interesting article on the internet whose tittle is THE MOTHER-IN-LAW BATTLES: HOW DOES SHE REALLY FEEL? I decided to read it because its tittle and the introduction paragraph drew my attention, and I really enjoyed reading that article, so in the introduction, there is a statistic, which surprised me and said, more than 60 percent saw their son's wife as either a daughter, a friend or the right woman for their son and just 10 percent see her as the enemy, and I have never imagined that would be true. On the other hand, when mothers-in-law were asked if they liked their daughter-in-law, the numbers change a bit, so over 50 percent said they liked their daughter–in-law, but another 45 percent thought that she was just ok, disliked her some of the time or didn't like her at all. Besides daughters-in-law have some negative views of their mother-in-law. A total of 23.9 percent considered their mother-in-law as a "free enemy", with 12.9 percent seeing her as a total enemy.

When I finished reading that article, I could make a conclusion about mothers-in-law, they like giving pieces of advices on money, kids, jobs, housekeeping, foods and so on to their daughters-in-law, even though they weren't asked to do it. In addition, daughters-in-law should respect those opinions because of the great experience mothers-in-law have.

Finally, what I can say isthis relationship between mothers-in-law and daughters-in-law will change over time in good way because nowadays more and more people are becoming open-mind in this situation, which means they accept and respect others' opinions, so to avoid any kind of problem.
