HOW TO IMPROVE YOUR BRAIN POWER
Most of the successful people have great powers and have more chances of success and their brain is a thinking organ that learns and grows by interacting whit the world through perception and action. Also mental stimulation improves brain function and actually protect against cognitive decline. Some therapists recommend practicing news things everyday like routine .If you want to improve your brain power follow these steps.
First, Stimulate your brain is the principal step to improve your brain. You need to remain powerful and dynamic things that a brain needs training a constant stimulating uses; for example, you can do activities that need to exercise your mind and fill it whit enthusiasm. Also a great method to improve your brain power is to use your memory as often you can; for instance, you can start it by memorizing phone, names, password, account, etc. Specialists said that if you include play games that involve some thinking is positive to stimulate your brain such as Sudoku or crosswords have a tangible upon your brain.
Second, it is important to challenge your brain to learn new things and novel tasks, especially processes that you are never done before; for example, learning a new language has been shown to halt the age-related decline in brain function. It also introduces your mind to new concepts and new concepts and news ways of looking things.
Third, another thing that improves your brain is to do exercise as long term exercise can. Anything that affect physical health in a positive way probably helps the brain. Dr. Ponce a well know therapists said that when you practice breath deep exercises  you have more oxygen in the blood and  therefore in the brain that contribute the function of brain .Also when you take a walk or do some aerobic exercises your cognitive functions are improved  immediately after some minutes.
Finally, is a good a option to take a laughter therapy to improve your brain power. The release of endorphins caused by laughter is good for long term brain health. Laughter also tends to leave you more open the new ideas and thoughts. It is probably not a coincidence that Albert Einstein and intelligent people have been known to have a good sense of humor.
To conclude, If you star improving your brain power you will have a new confidence and nobody will be able to complete in your field and if you practice the four easy way to improve your brain, you can have good mind.

  1. I think you have the concepts and organization of an essay clear in your mind.It means you know that you have to use a thesis statement and topic sentences. However, you have to be careful whit grammatical mistakes that can distort the message you try to convey. For example, I couldn't understand clearly the second paragraph. Try to improve that!
