First, get support, look for help.You have to know that you are not alone, you have parents and friend who always will seek your welfare. If you are disgusted or incomfortable with something, they will help you. Maybe they have had similar problems or worst, and perhaps you can help them too.
Second, when you have someone to support you, don't loss control.It's really easy to get out of your mind when you are stressed, but you have to express your fellings in a good way. You can practice breathing excercises or meditation excercises like yoga or martial arts. You can also play with your pets or go aout with friends, you can choose an activitie that you prefer.
Then, when you are calmed , look for a solution and be positive. I know that sometimes problems seem to have no solution, but after talking with persons you love, you will realize that in spite of it, problems are not as big as we see them. I am conscious that there are big problems, but analyze things well. If there is not a total solution, you can look for a gradual one. Meanwhile you can enjoy doing another thingsto relax.
We have to remember that stress will be always with us because problems don't finish. When you solve one, other will appeare. You can't change that stress will appear , but know you are able to control it.
I DECIDED TO TALK ABOUT STRESS BECAUSE IS A PROBLEM THAT IS AFFECTING ALMOST EVERYBODY AND I CONSIDER THAT WE HAVE TO KNOW HOW TO CONTROL IT.
