DIFFERENCES BETWEEN OPTIMISTS AND PESSIMISTS

   Do you are confident about your self? Most of the time people need to be optimist because   they can see the life in a good way and they will have a good future in their lives, but some people that are pessimists have problems in their daily life. In addition optimists are more confident than pessimists; however statistics said that that majority of time people that have big problems and they can solve them they are thinking like a pessimist. Also there are some basic differences between optimists and pessimists.

   One difference is their self-esteem. Optimists are more confident and their self are valuable for them, on the contrary, pessimists think that they are the problem about bad things and they have low self-esteem. Dr. Sanchez a well knows psychologist who was studying people’s self-esteem said that optimists are people who always are thinking in positive way because they have high self-esteem. However pessimists don´t believe in their self; consequently, they don’t feel valuable persons.

   Other area of difference between optimists and pessimists is events in their lives. Optimists see the life in good way and they do the things whit positive energies inclusive when they have troubles or when they experiment bad things. They always solve their problems with enthusiasm and learn about it. In contrast pessimists don’t have energy to do something and they feel frustrated because they don’t achieve their goals. According to psychiatrist said that pessimists get worry life that will continue find negative events in their lives, while optimists attract positive things.

Both optimists and pessimists have always emphasized   their emotions because they express their feeling in different way such as sadness in the case of pessimists and happiness in the case of optimists.

 In conclusion, Optimists and pessimists are totally different in different ways such as their self –esteem, life events and attitudes. Furthermore their differences probably contribute to change the attitudes of pessimists.
